Open Window


Last night I slept with the window open for the first time in 2011. Woke up to a chorus of crows, redwings, bluejays and mourning doves. Got up and had the second best cup of coffee ever. Someday I will write about the first.

    LOL!! I was wondering! I was hearing the birds this morning as well, it was a wonderful sound.

    It has been over two weeks before I was able to sleep with the window open again. I could hear an owl hooting in the distance, "Who cooks for you?"
